There are two different ways to power dial contacts in TotalBrokerage.
BULK CALLING
First you want to execute a search for the contacts you want to call.
If you need help on how to search your CRM please click here to learn more.
Once your search results display, you can press the Actions button and select the Call option.
This will reload the page and begin the process of power-dialing the contacts that were searched for.
Here, you will use the WAVV power dialer to call all the contacts on the list.
Please note that when a contact answers the phone, your TotalBrokerage will automatically load up their contact page so you can see their information and record notes about the call.
After the call is completed, we will automatically add a note about the call.
SINGULAR CALLING
Singular calling with WAVV only works on a desktop device.
Select the call icon next to the phone number to start the call to the contact.
The same steps above for bulk calling will apply for singular calling as well.
