There are two different ways to power dial contacts in TotalBrokerage.
The first method is Bulk Calling. First you want to execute a search for the contacts you want to call. If you need help on how to search your CRM please click here to learn more. After your search is completed, you can press the Actions button and select the Call option.
This will reload the page and begin the process to power dial the contacts that were searched for. From here you will be able to use the WAVV power dialer to call all the contacts from the list. Please note, when a contact answers the phone, your TotalBrokerage will automatically load up their contact page so you will be able to see their information and record notes about the call.
After the call is completed, we will automatically add a note about the call.
The second method is Singular Calling. Singular calling with WAVV only works if you are on a desktop device, as on a mobile phone, you will have calling capabilities. Select the call icon next to the phone number to start the call to the contact. The same steps above for bulk calling will apply for singular calling as well.
