If enabled for your account, you are able to bulk email multiple contacts at one time.
This feature also allows you to send bulk emails via your profile email address, instead of using your TotalBrokerage email address.
To do so, please follow the steps below.
From the dashboard, click CRM, then click View Contacts.
Search for the contacts you want to send an email to.
Click the Actions button on the right hand side.
Select Send Email.
A new window will appear.
This window is where you can choose which email you would like to send from.
The two options are:
- sending from the TotalBrokerage capture email address
- sending from the email address associated with your TotalBrokerage profile email address (the one that is used to login with).
* Please note that if you wish to send from the profile email address, your brokerage must follow these instructions to verify the email domain.
Composing and Sending Your Email:
- On the next page, compose your email.
- Or, click the green "Template" button to insert a pre-made template.
To test your email before sending, click "Send Test" to send a preview to yourself.
Adding Tags for Organization
- Before sending, you can add tags to the contacts at the bottom of the page.
- These tags will only be applied if the email is successfully sent, helping you track which contacts received it.
Saving as a Template & Sending
- To save your composed email as a new template for future use, check the "Save as template" box.
- Click "Send" to send the email to your selected contacts.
