Follow the steps below to add multiline fields to your documents.
Access Transactions:
Click Transactions from the main menu.
Then, click View Transactions.
- Select a Transaction:
Navigate to the Documents tab.
Choose the document in which you want to add a field.
- Add a Field: When you are in the document, left click and hold to drag and drop a Text or Checkbox field from the right sidebar to your document.
- Create Multiple Checkboxes in the Same Section: Click the + button to add multiple fields within the same section.
Multiline Text boxes: Text boxes are linked so that when text overflows in one box, it automatically moves to the next.
Multiline Checkboxes:
Once added, either the agent or signer can select the checkbox that applies to them.
This feature ensures that only one checkbox can be checked within a section, preventing multiple selections.
