Follow the steps below to add multiline fields to your documents.


Access Transactions:

  • Click Transactions from the main menu.

  • Then, click View Transactions.


  • Select a Transaction:


  • Navigate to the Documents tab. 


  • Choose the document in which you want to add a field.


  • Add a Field: When you are in the document, left click and hold to drag and drop a Text or Checkbox field from the right sidebar to your document.


  • Create Multiple Checkboxes in the Same Section: Click the + button to add multiple fields within the same section.



Multiline Text boxes: Text boxes are linked so that when text overflows in one box, it automatically moves to the next.




Multiline Checkboxes: 

  • Once added, either the agent or signer can select the checkbox that applies to them.

  • This feature ensures that only one checkbox can be checked within a section, preventing multiple selections.

  • By following these steps, you can ensure that forms are properly completed with only one checkbox selected per section.
