Agents may protect their contacts from the brokerage if this setting is enabled.


If your brokerage has enabled the setting that allows your contacts to be private, a message will pop up at the top of your contacts. This will notify you that no one else can access this contact until it has been added to a transaction.


If you are a manager and doing a search in the CRM for managed contacts, only contacts of accounts with the protect contact setting disabled will appear in the search. A warning will pop up at the top of search letting you know that your brokerage has this setting enabled.


You will be able to view contacts owned by other agents if they have been added to transactions you have access to by going to the transaction and pressing view contact from the dropdown menu next to the contact in the people tab.


When viewing the reports for CRM Full Activity or CRM Contact Activity, any contacts that you do not have access to will be removed from the report entirely.
