When adding or editing contacts, TotalBrokerage alerts you to potential duplicates.
Yellow boxes highlight duplicate information, and a warning at the top identifies the contact's owner.
This feature is optional and can be enabled or disabled by the Broker.
When adding or editing contacts, TotalBrokerage will warn you of possible duplications.
These warning will appear as yellow boxes around the information that we believe might be a duplicate and a warning will pop up at the top with the owner of the contact that is being duplicated.
This is an optional feature, which the broker has the ability to show potential duplicates or turn off this feature.
How to Disable Duplicate Checks (Brokerage Manager):
Go to Setup – Navigate to Setup > Brokerage.
Select Brokerage – Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Disable Duplicate Checks – Locate the option "Disable Duplicate Checks for Contacts" and toggle it off.
Save Changes – Click Save before leaving the page.
Scroll down to the bottom where it says "Disable Duplicate Checks for Contacts".
Make sure you select Save before leaving the page.
