Each transaction features a Checklist tab, which allows you to complete tasks and upload necessary documents for brokerage approval.


To access the checklist, follow these steps:


1) Select TransactionsView Transactions in the sidebar.


2) Open the relevant transaction.


3) Select the Checklist tab.


If no checklist is attached to the transaction, click the Add a new checklist button and choose the appropriate checklist. If you're unsure about which checklist to use, consult your broker or manager.




The checklist may contain various types of steps:


1) Required tasks

2) Optional tasks

3) Document Selection (Required or optional)

4) Requirement for transaction information to be added, which may include:

    - Property Information

    - Financial Information

    - Date Information

    - Commission Information


Required Task:


For each required task, click the Mark Done button to indicate completion once the task is finished.




Optional Task:


For optional tasks, you can designate the task as not applicable if necessary.


You can optionally enter a reason, which will be visible on the task.


Select Documents:


Click the dropdown Select a document to add to choose a document from within the Documents tab of the transaction, or you can click Upload a File to upload a PDF from your computer. Select Mark Done when you have finished uploading your documents or Mark Not Applicable if optional.



Require Information:


Certain tasks may require you to input specific information within the transaction. Go to the relevant tab of the transaction, add the required information, and save. Then, the task will automatically be marked as complete.


Here are a few examples of possible information requirements:




Request Review:


A checklist might contain one or more Request Review steps. After you've completed all items leading up to a review step, you can click Request Review to submit your checklist for the Compliance Officer's review. Items after the Request Review step can only be completed once the current review has been passed.




If you would like to add an additional checklist to the transaction, you can select the Add button on the top right of the Checklist page. You will be able to work on both checklists at the same time.





After adding, you can toggle between the checklists by selecting the relevant View button at the top of the checklist page.
