You can archive a document or mark a document signed in TotalBrokerage.  


Marking a document will change the status of a form from either Editing, Partially Signed, or Signatures Requested, to Signed. Documents cannot be shared or uploaded to a checklist unless they have the status of Signed.  To mark a document as signed, click the Operations menu of the document, then click Mark Signed.





To archive a document, select Operations next to the document and choose Archive. The document will be placed in the archived folder at the bottom of the Documents tab. To unarchive a document in the archived folder, select Operations → Copy. Then choose amend if you want to edit the document as it appears or copy if you wish to clear out any signatures.
