You can export contacts or specific contact information to a CSV file from your CRM.


Steps to Export Contacts:

  1. From your dashboard, go to CRM → View Contacts.
  2. Click the Advanced tab to search for the contacts you want to export.
  3. Click the "Actions" button and select "Export".




Choosing Your Export Type:

A pop-up will appear displaying the number of contacts being exported. You can choose from the following export options:

  • Contact General Information, Primary Address, Details, and Preferences – Includes data from the contact’s General tab, Primary Address, Details tab, Preferences tab, and latest activity.
  • Contact Primary Address Information – Exports only the contact’s name and primary address.
  • Contact Address Information – Includes the contact’s name and all associated addresses.
  • Contact Activity Information – Exports all activity related to the contact.



Finalizing the Export:

  • Click "Okay" to proceed with the export.
  • You will receive an email notification once the export is complete.
