If your report looks incorrect, there are a few possible causes to check.
Try generating it again with broader, less-detailed parameters.
Transaction information may be missing:
Go to Transactions > View Transactions and adjust your filters. You can include all statuses or filter to show only Closed transactions. Then modify your columns to display Dates and Financials.If any fields appear blank, right-click the transaction name and open it in a new tab to update the missing information.
No commission information displaying:
If your report isn’t showing any commission data, the issue is likely that information is missing from the Base Commission tab of the transaction.
