Follow these steps to disable an account.
1) Navigate to Setup → Accounts.
2) Select the name of a user.
3) On the first General tab that opens, select the Disable button.
Disabling a user will prevent them from accessing TotalBrokerage. Their data will remain in the system.
Note: Once a user is added or re-enabled, they cannot be disabled for 30 days.
