Updating Your Brokerage's Address in TotalBrokerage


To ensure your brokerage's address is accurately reflected in your TotalBrokerage account and on Transaction Summary PDFs, follow these steps:



Updating Your Brokerage Address

  1. Navigate to Setup → Brokerage → Address tab.

  2. Enter the physical address of your brokerage in the provided fields.

  3. Click Save.




Adding the Address to Transaction Summary PDFs

  1. Go to Setup → Transactions → General.

  2. Look for the option titled Add the Brokerage's Address to the Summary PDF and check the box next to it.

  3. Click Save on the bottom right of the page.


Once updated, the new address will appear in the top left corner of Summary PDFs generated within your transactions.



Generating a Summary PDF

To create a Summary PDF:

  1. Navigate to a transaction.

  2. Click on Actions.

  3. Select Create Summary PDF.



These PDFs can be used as Commission Disbursement Authorizations (CDAs) for title companies to facilitate commission disbursements.
