Customize your TotalBrokerage dashboard by adding a Custom HTML Widget. This allows you to display personalized content such as text, images, or embedded videos. Follow these steps to create and configure your widget.


First, obtain the HTML code from your source.

Here is an Example to obtaing the Embed Code from YouTube

  1. Go to the YouTube video you want to embed.
  2. Click the “Share” button below the video frame.
  3. Select “Embed” from the options.
  4. Copy the provided embed code by either:
    • Pressing Ctrl + C (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + C (Mac).
    • Clicking the “Copy” button.

c) From the options, select Embed.



d) Highlight and copy the provided code. This can be done by:

- Pressing control (for Windows/Linux) or command (for Mac) + C on your keyboard.

- Alternatively, you can simply click the 'Copy' button.



CREATING YOUR CUSTOM HTML WIDGET


1. Access Your Dashboard

  • Your dashboard is the landing page after logging into TotalBrokerage.
  • If you’re elsewhere in the platform, return by selecting “Dashboard” from the sidebar.




2. Add a Widget

  • Click the “Edit Widgets” button in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
  • Next, select “+ Add.”
  • Select "Custom HTML"



3. Configure the Widget

  • In the widget menu:
    • Choose a Color for its appearance.
    • Enter a Title for the widget.
    • Click the 3 dots to open the menu
    • Click the Chevron to open the field to Paste the HTML code


4. Use the HTML Editor and Embed External HTML Code (e.g., YouTube Video)

  • The HTML text editor will appear.
  • Paste the HTML Source Code and click “Save” to apply it.



That's It!

Your Custom HTML Widget is now live on your TotalBrokerage dashboard. 

While this guide used a YouTube video as an example, you can embed content from various sources.
