Need to quickly communicate with multiple vendors? Follow this step-by-step guide to efficiently send bulk emails through the CRM. Whether you're sharing important updates or announcements, this process ensures your vendors stay informed.
Steps to Send Bulk Emails:
In the CRM sidebar, go to CRM → View Vendors.
Search for Vendors:
Use the Basic Search to find vendors by name, company, email, or phone number.
For more refined search options, go to the Advanced tab, where you can filter vendors using detailed parameters.
Select Vendors and Open Email Editor:
After obtaining your search results, click Actions and select Send Email.
You will be redirected to the email editor, where the total number of selected vendors will be displayed at the top.
Use an Email Template (Optional):
Click the green Template button to select a pre-existing template from the Marketing section.
Only Vendor type templates will be available. If necessary, copy another template and re-categorize it as a vendor template.
Save Email as a Template (Optional):
If you want to reuse the email format in the future, check the Save as template box to save it as a vendor-specific template.
Send the Email:
Once your email is composed and all selections are finalized, click Send to dispatch the email to your chosen vendors.
