You can easily duplicate the general tab information of a contact or vendor directly from their CRM page.
Follow these simple steps:
Go to CRM → View Contacts or CRM → View Vendors.
Click on the name of the contact or vendor you wish to duplicate.
Access the Copy Option
Locate the Actions button in the top-right corner of the page.
Click on it to reveal a dropdown menu.
Select Copy Contact if you are duplicating a contact.
Select Copy Vendor if you are duplicating a vendor.
Select Copy Type
A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to choose the Copy Type.
Select whether you want to duplicate the general tab data to a new Contact or a new Vendor.
Click Save to proceed.
Review and Edit the New Entry
The page for the newly created contact or vendor will automatically open.
Review the duplicated information and make any necessary adjustments.
