You can easily copy the general tab information of a contact or vendor to a new one right from their CRM page. Here is how to do it:

1) Start by navigating to the contact or vendor's page that you wish to duplicate. To do this, go to CRM → View Contacts or CRM → View Vendors, then click on the name of the contact or vendor you want to duplicate.

2) Once on the contact or vendor page, look for the Actions button in the top right corner. Clicking on this will reveal a dropdown menu. If you're on a contact's page, select Copy Contact. If you're on a vendor's page, choose Copy Vendor.

4) A pop-up window will now appear, prompting you to select the Copy Type. Here, you can choose to duplicate the general tab data to either a new contact or a new vendor. Make your selection, then click on Save to start the copying process.

The page for your newly created contact or vendor will automatically open up. This allows you to instantly review the duplicated information and make any necessary adjustments. By leveraging this Copy feature, you can save time, reduce manual data entry, and enhance your overall CRM management efficiency.
