Select the document or documents you want to move using the checkboxes on the left.
Go to Operations and select Move to Folder.

A list of previously created folders will appear. Select an existing folder or type in a new folder name to create one.
Click Save at the bottom of the window to complete the action.
How to Move Documents Between Folders
Open the transaction and navigate to the Documents tab.
Locate the document you want to move.
Click and hold the icon to the left of the document name.
