When creating a signing request for in person signatures, there is a new option that allows the signer to scan a QR code with their mobile phone that allows them to sign on their mobile device instead. Follow the steps below to learn how to use this feature.
When the signature request is initiated, click the Sign with Phone button.
The QR code will pop up. Your client will need to scan the code with their mobile device. The client will open their camera application and then click the hyperlink. This will open up the same signing window on their phone, where they are able to complete their signing process.
