Managers and Human Resources Managers can upload files to multiple accounts at once in TotalBrokerage. Follow these steps to complete a bulk file upload efficiently.



1. Access the Accounts Section

  • Navigate to “Setup” > “Accounts.”



  • Click the “Actions” button in the upper-right corner.


2. Select the Upload Option

  • From the Actions menu, select “Upload Files.”
  • A Disclaimer will appear—check the box to proceed.


3. Upload the Files

  • Drag and drop your files into the upload area, or manually select them.
  • Once the files are uploaded, click the green “Next” button.



4. Assign a File Name Label (Optional)

  • Enter a common label to assign to all uploaded files.
  • If left blank, the system will use each file's original name.



5. Automatic File Matching

  • The system will attempt to automatically match files to accounts by checking:
    • Agent’s first and last name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
  • Any successfully matched accounts will be pre-selected for the file.


Once the desired Accounts are selected, click Confirm to save the changes.


Once confirmed, the Files will be uploaded to the designated Accounts.
