You can split, change the order, rotate, or delete pages the pages of a multipage document.
This feature is especially useful when it's necessary to separate or modify a PDF into individual documents.
SEPARATING DOCUMENTS
Click the three dots in the “Operations” column for the document you want to separate and click “Page Tools”.
Upon selecting this option you will be taken to a screen where you can select which pages of the document you would like to keep and then give those pages a new document name.
Click each page for the new document and then click + New Doc from Selection.
Enter a New Document Name and Save.
Keeping the new document's pages selected, click the Trash icon to remove them from your view. This will allow you to continue selecting the pages and naming the new documents.
When finished, you may select to Archive Original Document on Save.
RE-ORDERING PAGES
To change the order of the pages, left-click on the page you want to move and move it to your desired spot. This is helpful, for example, if you receive a contract with multiple addendums attached and only need one or a few of them.
When finished, click Save.
REMOVING PAGES
You can also remove pages from the document by selecting the page(s) and clicking the Trash icon.
ROTATING PAGES
Select the pages and click Rotate Selection.
