To create or edit User Fields for Vendor Files, go to Setup > User Fields > Brokerage
Scroll to the bottom of the list to select Vendor Files.
Within Vendor Files, brokers can click the green "Add Item" button in the bottom right corner. This enables the brokerage to request specific files from vendors.
Additionally, Brokerage Managers can create folders for different file types that agents need to upload.
For agents to upload files, the Active box on the right must be checked.
When finished, click Save.
