As a manager or message board moderator, you can access the Moderation Queue by navigating to Intranet > Moderation Queue.
Reviewing Posts and Comments
Once in the Moderation Queue, you will see all posts and comments awaiting review. For instance, if there is one post ready for review, it will be displayed in the queue.
Approving or Rejecting Posts
Approve: Selecting this option will immediately add the post to the message board.
Reject: A pop-up will appear, prompting you to provide a reason for rejection. You can either choose from a list of previously used rejection reasons or create a new one. This feedback helps the author understand necessary revisions.
Comment Review Interface
When reviewing comments, the non-greyed-out comment is the one under review, while other surrounding comments are shown to provide context.
By following these steps, you can efficiently manage and moderate content on the message board, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and standards.
