To add or view an account's activities in TotalBrokerage, click on Setup → Accounts from your dashboard. Please note that this is an Enterprise and Plus feature only.

Select the account for which you want to add or view an activity.

Go to the activity tab for the account.

Here, you can view all the existing activities for an account. Currently, this account has none.

Let's go ahead and add a new activity. You can choose the type of activity at the bottom left. You can add additional fields to this by setting them up in your user fields.

Type into the box the activity you want to save and press the blue check when you are done.

The activity will then be saved with a date/time stamp, along with who added it.

The activity tab will also indicate who created the account and when:
