You can upload new forms to your HR Forms Library by navigating to Human Resources > HR Forms Library from your dashboard.

How to Upload a New Form:
Go to Actions – Click "Add New Form" in the top right corner.

Check off the Disclaimer and Set Ownership – On the new page, check the disclaimer and select whether the form will be owned by the Brokerage, Office or specific Account.

Drop files or Browse to Upload the Form
Once the file is attached, click Upload.

The new form will appear in the list of HR Forms.
Click on the form name to view and edit.
