You can upload new forms to your HR Forms Library by clicking on “Human Resources” and then “HR Forms Library” from your dashboard.

At the top right of the page, go to actions and press "Add New Form".

After it navigates you to the new page, check off the disclaimer and choose if the brokerage or a specific office will own this form.

Press upload and select the file from your computer you would like to upload. It will then bring you to the uploaded form.
