Go to Lead Routing > Account Pools




Select an Account Pool by clicking on the Name or View.




Once selected, you will see the General tab. 

Here you can use to edit the name and description of the account pool.


You can choose to omit accounts from receiving leads if they have not signed in to TotalBrokerage in the number of days you set.


You can also deactivate the account pool in the bottom left.

If deactivated, you will be unable to add this account pool to a new lead route but it will continue being used by existing lead routes that use this account pool.




Click on the "Accounts" tab at the top to add, edit, or view accounts in this pool.


Click + Add Account to Add and/or Remove accounts from this account pool.

Click Save when done.



You can search for accounts by office and name at the top left.


You can add a single account to the pool by clicking the plus icon next to their name or add all accounts in search to the pool by clicking "Add all in search" at the bottom of the page.


Round Robin

Round Robin pools let you control the order in which leads are distributed. 

You can also set a timeout, giving each account a specific amount of time to claim a lead. 

If the lead isn’t claimed within that timeframe, it will automatically move on to the next person in the pool. 






When you are done editing the account pool be sure to click Save at the bottom of the page.
