From your dashboard, click “Lead Routing” and “Routes” on the left side of the screen.
In “Routes” you’ll notice two types of searches at the top of the screen, “Search” and “Advanced.”
Simple Search
To do a simple search, stay in the “Search” tab and type what you are searching for in the search box.
When you're done, click the “Search” button on the right.
This will only show active lead routes.
Advanced Search
If you would like to narrow your search, click on the “Advanced” tab at the top of the page.
You can conduct your search with any of the isolation fields, allowing you to search that specific field. 
When you're done, click the “Search” button at the bottom.
Your matching results will then be visible in the table.
