A Brokerage Manager can reassign transactions to a new agent at once. 


Go to “Transactions”, and then “View Transactions”.



To reassign ONLY transactions assigned to one agent, select Add Filter.



When the Filter Transactions box opens, click Agent.




Start typing the agent name in Choose, or use the dropdown arrow.


Click on the Agent Name and Add.



You will see the Applied Filters. Click Apply.




Go to the “Actions” tab, then click “Reassign All”.



Select Agent, Office, or Team by typing in the name or using the dropdown arrow to select which you want the contacts re-assigned, then click Save.




You will receive an email once it is done.


Note: If the transactions are not filtered, this will reassign ALL of the transactions to another agent.
