You can edit or rearrange actions in your Action Plan at any time. To do this, navigate to "CRM" and then select "Action Plans".




Editing an Action Plan

  1. Locate the Action Plan you want to edit.
  2. Click "Edit" (under the "Actions" column) next to the desired Action Plan.
  3. Click on an action or the arrow on the right to expand its details.





Updating Action Status

  • Active: The action is included in the Action Plan.
  • Disabled: The action moves to the "Inactive Actions" section, appearing in grey. It will no longer be required in the Action Plan. (You can reactivate it anytime by changing the status back to "Active.")





Rearranging Actions

To reorder tasks in your Action Plan:

  • Click and hold the cross-arrow icon to the right of the task.
  • Drag the action to its desired position.





Important Notes:

  • The "X" (delete) icon only appears before an Action Plan is saved for the first time. Once saved, actions cannot be removed but can be disabled.
  • Always click "Save" to confirm your changes.
