Setup > Brokerage is where you can configure the default settings for your TotalBrokerage platform.


GENERAL:
Brokerage Name: You can enter the name of the brokerage here.
Language: This will be the default language for the agent in your brokerage.
Timezone: This will be the default timezone for agents in your brokerage.
Brokerage Disbursement Instructions: You can create custom instructions here which will display on the Transaction Summary Document (Simple).

BROKERAGE SETUP OPTIONS:
Lock Email for Agents—Agents will not be able to change the email address associated with their account.
Lock Name for Agents—Agents will not be able to change the name of their account.
Lock Phone for Agents—Agent will not be able to change the phone number associated with their account.
Disable Contact Export—Only brokerage managers can export contacts and contact addresses.
Disable Vendor Export—Only brokerage managers will be allowed to export vendors.
Require Name and either an Email or Phone for Contacts—Contacts are required to have a name and either an email or phone number.
Managers can't access agents' contacts—Until it is involved in a transaction, a contact can only be accessed by the agent who owns it.
Disable Bulk Email—Agents cannot bulk email their contacts unless this setting is overridden in their account setup.
Disable Bulk SMS—Agents will not be able to bulk text their contacts unless this setting is overridden in their account setup.
Disable Bulk Adding to Automation and Action Plans—Agents cannot bulk add their contacts to automations and action plans unless this setting is overridden in their account setup.
Disable Power Dialing—Remove the power dialing option from the search CRM page. Any accounts that have created a power dialing account will still have access to the dialer.
Disable Duplicate Checks for Contacts—Remove the duplicate check from CRM contacts.
Include Company in Contact Duplicate Check—Consider contacts with the same Company field to be possible duplicates.
Disable Duplicate Checks for Vendors—Remove the duplicate check from CRM vendors.
Include Company in Vendor Duplicate Check—Consider vendors with the same Company field to be possible duplicates.
Weekly Metric Emails—If you enable this feature, your agents will be sent weekly emails containing essential metrics on the specific day of the week you choose. These emails can assist them in monitoring their progress and keeping informed about key performance indicators.
Require Two-Factor Authentication to sign in—This feature is only available with an Enterprise plan.
Track Email Click Metrics—Enable tracking of Open and Click-through rates of marketing emails.
Disable Notifications By Default For New Accounts—Notifications are disabled by default for newly added accounts.
Disable Trashing Company Leads—Only managers or CRM supervisors can trash contacts marked as company leads.
Use Profile Email by Default When Sending Emails—If the email domain is verified, send emails from TotalBrokerage using profile email addresses by default. Click Here for Domain Verification information.
Use the Simplified Agent Dashboard as the default dashboard—The default dashboard for the brokerage will be set to the Simplified Agent Dashboard. This can be overridden in the profile settings.
When editing this information, click the blue “Save” button to save your changes.
ADDRESS - enter your Brokerage Address. Adding your brokerage or main office address here allows it to be automatically included on transaction summary documents and other forms.
BRANDING - Upload your brokerage logos here (if included with your plan) to use them throughout TotalBrokerage. 
EMAIL DOMAINS - If you have a custom email domain, you can verify it here to send emails from your profile email address instead of a TotalBrokerage email address. Click Here for instructions on setting up your custom email domain. Verifying your domain allows TotalBrokerage to send emails on behalf of your email server while preserving your brokerage's branding and improving email deliverability. 
FORMS - Choose the default font color, style and size for your forms.
QUICKBOOKS - connect to Quickbooks (if included in your plan).

MLS SERVERS - This tab will show the MLS connections for your account (if included in your plan)

DOTLOOP - Manage your Dotloop connection here (if included in your plan).

Once connected, you can manage your sync preferences.
If you only want to sync transaction data and not documents, enable Exclude Documents from Sync.
