Follow these steps to add or manage a fee plan for an agent in TotalBrokerage.


ACCESSING THE AGENT'S FEE PLAN

  1. Log in to TotalBrokerage.
  2. Navigate to “Setup” > “Accounts” from your dashboard.
  3. Select the agent for whom you want to add a fee plan.
  4. Click the “Fee Plan” tab inside the agent’s information page.


    





     







APPLYING OR IMPORTING A FEE PLAN


Option 1: Apply a Current Plan to All

  1. Click “Apply All” to apply the current fee plan to all agents.
  2. A pop-up message will appear—click “Yes” to confirm.






Option 2: Import an Existing Fee Plan

  1. Click the green “+Import” button.
  2. Select the Fee Plan you want to import from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click “Apply” to save the selection.







Viewing and Managing Fee Plans

  • The newly added plan will appear as the “Selected Plan”, with its details visible.
  • You can also view Current Plans on the left panel.





Removing a Fee Plan

  • To remove a fee plan from an agent, click the red “Delete” button at the bottom left of the plan.
