You can perform a basic or advanced search for a form in TotalBrokerage. You can also edit, copy, or download forms in the Form Library here. To perform a basic search, navigate to Transactions → Forms Library from the sidebar.
Type the name or group of the form you’re looking for in the Enter text box and click Search.
To do an advanced search, click the Advanced tab.
Here you can search by Name, Status, to whom it is available (Owner), and Groups. You can specify how the program searches for the values you want by choosing either equals (the default setting), not equals, starts with, ends with, contains, or doesn’t contain. These options can be chosen by clicking on the down arrows immediately to the right of Name, Status, and Owner. The Name field is a text box that allows you to type in your query; The Status field allows you to choose from the drop-down menu of Active, Inactive, or Deleted; The Owner field allows you to choose either a specific Office or Brokerage.
