You can perform a basic or advanced search for a form on TotalBrokerage.  You can also edit, copy, or download forms in the Form Library here.  To perform a basic search, click “Transactions” and then “Forms Library” from your dashboard.





Type the name (or group) of the form you’re looking for in the “Enter text” box and click “Search”.





To do an advanced search, click the “Advanced” tab.





Here you can search by Name , Status, Whom it is Available To, and Groups.  You can specify how the program searches for the values you want to search for by choosing either equals (the default setting), not equals, starts with, ends with, contains, or doesn’t contain.  These options can be chosen by clicking on the down arrows immediately to the right of Name, Status, and Available To.  When choosing information to narrow your search by; typing into the Name text box; Status you can choose from the drop down menu of  Active, Inactive, or DeletedAvailable To you can choose either a specific Office or Brokerage.  Please remember to click “Search” when you’re done.





Your search results will appear at the bottom of the page.
