1. Nothing is ever permanently deleted from TotalBrokerage. Therefore, you can remove Contacts from the trash if you didn’t mean to delete them. To do this, click on “CRM”, and then “View Contacts”.
2. Click on the “Advanced” tab.
3. Enter the criteria you are searching for your contact.
4. After you enter the contact’s search criteria, scroll to the bottom of the page to the last option, “Trashed”. Click the drop down menu next to it, and select “Include Only Trashed Contacts”. If you don’t make this selection, contacts in the trash will not turn up in your search.
5. When you’re done, click “Search”. Your results will appear at the bottom of the screen.
