To add a single new contact to your CRM:

  1. From your dashboard, click "CRM", then select "Add a Contact".
  2. Enter the contact’s details, including:
    • Multiple addresses and emails (as needed)
    • Lead types, lead sources, tags, and notes
    • Option to add the contact to a team





Adding Additional Contact Information

  • To add a new email or phone number, click the blue down-arrow next to "Email" or "Phone".
  • Select "+ Add new [phone or email]" to input additional details.



Once all information is entered, click "Save" to store the contact in your CRM.
