Adding a Widget


Widgets are information boxes displayed on your dashboard. To add a new widget, click the Edit Widgets button at the top right and select +Add.


Choose what information you want to be displayed, followed by the color for your widget and a timeframe and status if applicable. Once you are finished, click Add.




These are the widget types you can choose from and what they do:

  1. Contacts Added: The number of contacts added in the specified time frame.
  2. Contacts With Activity: The number of contacts for which a new activity has been added in the specified time frame.
  3. Contacts Emailed: The number of contacts emailed in the specified time frame.
  4. Contact Info: Displays number of contacts added, emailed, and activity
  5. Contact Search: Set the parameters to access a specific contact search 
  6. Gross Transaction Income: The total amount of Gross Commission in the specified time frame for transactions with a specific status for the specified account/office/brokerage.
  7. Broker Transaction Income: The total amount of Broker Net Commission in the specified time frame for transactions with a specific status for the specified account/office/brokerage. Only available for brokerage managers.
  8. Agent Transaction Income: The total amount of Agent Net Commission in the specified time frame for transactions with a specific status for the specified account/office/brokerage.
  9. Sales Volume: The total amount of Sales Price in the specified time frame for transactions with a specific status for the specified account/office/brokerage.
  10. Transactions Created: The total amount of transactions in the specified time frame with a specific status for the specified account/office/brokerage.
  11. Transactions Executed: The number of transactions with closing or lease execution dates in the specified time frame.
  12. Quick Access: A link to a specific contact/transaction in a widget.
  13. Vendor Summary: The total commission income in the specified time frame for transactions with a specific status for the specified vendor/vendor type/commission line item type.
  14. Calendar: Select if the calendar is not already set as a widget
  15. Embedded Website: 
  16. External Link: Create a quick link to a frequently accessed website
  17. Custom HTML: Allows you to embed content such as YouTube videos or forms
  18. To Do: List of upcoming tasks



Your new widget will then be added to your Dashboard.


Editing a Widget


For widgets that have a status or end date associated with it, click the time frame in the widget to edit:

Then make your changes and click Save on the bottom:



To rearrange a widget, click and drag the top bar of the widget to where you want it on the page. Then, drag the bottom right corner to adjust the size. 


If you are on a mobile device, click the purple Edit icon on the top right corner and click and drag the order icons to rearrange. Then click Save.



Deleting a Widget


To delete a widget from your dashboard, click the Edit Widgets button in the top-right corner. Then click the Minus icon on a widget to delete it. Please note that the Calendar, To-Do, and Intranet widgets cannot be deleted. Brokerage widgets can only be deleted by a brokerage manager.
