Adding a Widget


Widgets are the information boxes within your dashboard when you first log in. To add a new widget, click the Actions button and select +Add Widget.




Choose what information you want to be displayed, followed by the color for your widget and a timeframe. Click “Save” once you are finished.



These are the widget types you can choose from and what they do:

  1. Contacts Added: The number of contacts added in the specified time frame.
  2. Contacts With Activity: The number of contacts for which a new activity has been added in the specified time frame.
  3. Contacts Emailed: The number of contacts emailed in the specified time frame.
  4. Gross Transaction Income: The total amount of Gross Commission in the specified time frame for transactions with a specific status for the specified account/office/brokerage.
  5. Agent Transaction Income: The total amount of Agent Net Commission in the specified time frame for transactions with a specific status for the specified account/office/brokerage.
  6. Sales Volume: This shows the volume of sales that has been created for a specific account/office/brokerage
  7. Broker Transaction Income: The total amount of Broker Net Commission in the specified time frame for transactions with a specific status for the specified account/office/brokerage.
  8. Sales Volume: The total amount of Sales Price in the specified time frame for transactions with a specific status for the specified account/office/brokerage.
  9. Transactions Created: The total amount of transactions in the specified time frame with a specific status for the specified account/office/brokerage.
  10. Transactions Executed: The number of transactions with closing or lease execution dates in the specified time frame.
  11. Quick Access: A link to a specific contact/transaction in a widget.
  12. Vendor Summary: The total commission income in the specified time frame for transactions with a specific status for the specified vendor/vendor type/commission line item type.




Your new widget will then be added to your Dashboard.



Editing a Widget

To edit a widget, press the pencil icon located within the widget.


A popup will come up. This will allow you to change the color and other information of the widget.


To rearrange a widget, click and drag the widget and place it where you want it on the page. Please note that this does not allow for white space above the widget, so widgets will be pushed upwards if space allows for it.


Deleting a Widget

To delete a widget from your dashboard, click the X icon in the top-right corner of any widget you created. Please note that the Calendar, To-Do, and Intranet widgets cannot be deleted.
